CEO Smith went on to say, "In order to participate, Companies will provide us a list of their company locations, their current equipment and the names of authorized personnel who can issue purchase orders. One Touch will then provide the customer with a equipment list at "replacement prices" guaranteed to be at least 10% lower then any qualified bid." As a result, each National Account will have one low price for all of their corporate locations with centralized billing from One Touch to their corporate headquarters on a monthly basis. Each location may order to meet its own needs and the equipment will be drop shipped as quickly as overnight with the correct billing being sent on to the home office."
Under the National Accounts Program when an entire system needs to be replaced One Touch will also make an offer to apply a credit to the customer's national account to assist in the purchase of the new telecom system. One Touch will also make arrangements for the installation of all new systems through our affiliation with Volt Services and if desired, we can help to arrange equipment financing through an affiliation with American Express Equipment Finance. "This provides that our National Accounts Customers will always get the lowest prices when they buy and the fairest prices when they sell," stated Jay Smith.
