Opus360 Corporation Taps President of AT&T's Global Services Division, Richard S. Miller to be President and Chief Operating Officer NEW YORK, - Company Operations

(Rick) Miller has joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Miller is also expected to join the Board of Directors.

Mr. Miller was previously President of AT&T's Global Service Division, a unit with $13 billion in revenues, which provides telecommunication services to AT&T's largest corporate clients. Prior to being named President of the Global Services Division, Mr. Miller served as Vice President of the Eastern Region in Global Services and was a member of the leadership team of AT&T's Business Services Unit.
