Yahoo! and AT&T Wireless Services Team to Bring Yahoo! Everywhere to AT&T Customers - Company Business and Marketing

Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), a leading global Internet communications, commerce and media company, and AT&T Wireless Services (NYSE:AWE) Thursday announced an agreement to include Yahoo! Web content as part of AT&T Digital PocketNet service. Under the terms of the agreement, Yahoo! will provide a range of popular Yahoo! features to AT&T Wireless PocketNet subscribers.

"We are pleased to be joining with AT&T to extend a range of interactive, personalized Yahoo! services to PocketNet Data Services subscribers," said Jeff Mallett, president and chief operating officer, Yahoo! Inc. "As our Yahoo! Everywhere strategy evolves, we continue to enhance the wireless Internet experience through the introduction of new options and features, including mobile commerce offerings."

Yahoo! users nationwide will have wireless access to personalized content delivered by two-way interactive services and notifications to their AT&T internet-ready phones. Yahoo! will initially deliver five personalized features to AT&T data phones that include Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Sports and Yahoo! Finance.

"By putting personalized Yahoo! content and services in the hands of AT&T Digital PocketNet subscribers, our customers will have access to the information, services and commerce offerings they really want, when and where they want it," said Kendra VanderMeulen, senior vice president of product development and strategy, AT&T Wireless Services.

Currently, AT&T Digital PocketNet service subscribers will be able to access the following Yahoo! features and content:

-- Yahoo! Mail allows subscribers to view, originate, reply and delete email messages.

-- Yahoo! News provides search capability through categories such as top stories, business, technology, politics, world, health, sports, entertainment and science.

-- Yahoo! Sports provides access to news and sports scores in categories such as football, baseball, hockey, basketball and soccer.

-- Yahoo! Finance provides integrated news and financial information, as well as stock quotes available on demand.
