The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) and the RTOA (Railroad Transportation and Operation Agreement) Railroad Training and Education Fund are offering Web-based safety training courses in FRA regulation 49 CFR Part 214, subpart C Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) and CFR 213 Track Safety Standards Guidelines. The RWP course is available FREE for members, and is available in both English and Spanish. Track Safety Standards Guidelines is available now for $100.00 per employee trained, per year.
