No individual company sub-block of rooms will be accepted by the hotel. Each room reserved must be accompanied by the occupant's name. This avoids last minute cancellations and enables us to fulfill our guaranteed room block commitment.

Taxi service at the Calgary International Airport is available 24/7 at the two main taxi stands on the Arrivals level. Taxi service (including rates) in Calgary is regulated by the City of Calgary via the Calgary Taxi Commission and Livery Transport Services. Fares are based on meter rates and the approximate fare to Downtown Calgary is between $27 to $30, under normal conditions.
