AREMA is pleased to announce that it has been able to secure special discounts with Southwest and United Airlines that are unavailable to the general public.
Southwest Airlines: offers up to 10 percent off most fares for air travel to and from the event, with convenience of Ticketless Travel. To qualify, call Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at 800-433-5368 and reference the assigned I.D. Code--V0362. Reservations Sales Agents are available 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Monday--Friday, or 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Central Standard Time.

United Airlines: offers up to a 10-percent discount off of the lowest applicable fare ONLY when you or your travel agent call United's toll-free number 1-800-521-4041 and refer to the meeting ID number 550TR. A 10-percent discount off the unrestricted midweek coach fare is available when purchased seven days in advance. An additional fivepercent discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 30 days in advance of the attendees travel. This discount applies to fares in the U.S. and Canada. Other zone fare discounts may be available. Book early to take advantage of promotional fares that give you the greatest discount.
