Simmons-Boardman Publishing Corp. named George Sokulski, associate publisher of Railway Age and Railway Track and Structures, vice president of the corporation. Sokulski is based in Chicago and supervises a large sales territory in parts of Canada, the Western and Midwestern states.
Tony Stein, regional sales manager in the Simmons-Boardman New York office, was appointed secretary of the corporation. Stein controls a sales territory that covers parts of Canada and much of the Eastern United States.
