Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing on or before Oct. 11, 2004 will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed following the conference. After Oct. 11, no refund will be made. Unpaid cancellations for the National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference[R] & Expo will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. LRP Publications reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP's liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
Hotel Accommodations
The conference will be held at Lakeside Center at McCormick Place, Chicago. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. Contact the hotel directly and be sure to identify yourself as a National Workers' Compensation and Disability Conference[R] registrant. A limited block of rooms is being held until Oct. 26, 2004, or until the block is sold out.
