Protiviti signs deal

> Protiviti Inc., an internal audit and risk consulting firm, has signed an agreement with Zequel Technologies, a software developer, for managing corporate policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements, Protiviti has announced. The agreement will allow Protiviti's internal audit and risk consulting professionals to have access to Zequel's software to help clients with policy management and remediation efforts related to compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other corporate-governance regulations.
