GAB Robins has launched Clientelligent 3.0, a program that offers enhanced functionality of its Quick Alert, Quick Attach, and Clientelligent portfolio capabilities. The new product is designed to give insurance and risk management professionals the best source for real-time claims information via the Web. Quick Attach offers users the ability to electronically attach reports, estimates, photos, and other pertinent data, which can be viewed as part of a claim file immediately. Quick Alert informs users via e-mail when significant, client-driven criteria are triggered on a claim. The Clientelligent Portfolio provides the ability to download and store claims information locally, while providing reports for assessing trends and integrating data with other desktop tools.
