DAVID J. BROSNAN has been appointed to the post of president, ACE Casualty Risk. Based in Philadelphia, Brosnan will lead the Casualty Risk operations of ACE USA. ACE Casualty Risk specializes in lead umbrella and excess liability, custom casualty, public entity, and environmental liability insurance products.

Brosnan most recently served as senior vice president and zone underwriting officer for Chubb Commercial Insurance, where he was responsible for managing all of Chubb's commercial insurance business in Europe.
