In this month's Fact File, we examine the labour force participation ratios of men compared to women in Asia-Pacific countries.(*)
(*) A labour force participation ratio of 1.0 indicates gender equality inlabour force participation in the formal sector, while a lower ratio shows that women's participation is lower than men's.
