INDONESIA
Grand Hyatt Jakarta
On top of great business services, the Grand Hyatt Jakarta also gives its visitors a rich shopping experience thanks to its location adjacent to one of Indonesia's premier shopping centres, the Plaza Indonesia.
The hotel has 447 rooms, 37 apartments and suites. All rooms have a separate dressing room, an electronic safe, satellite television and direct dial telephones.
For those wanting a higher level of service, the Regency Club, which takes the top six floors of the hotel, provides complimentary breakfasts and evening cocktails, games tables and a concierge. Its business centre has secretarial, photocopying and translation services.
Mandarin Oriental Jakarta
Situated next to the Welcome Monument, the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta has one of the best locations of any hotel in the city.
All 438 of the hotel's rooms have panoramic views of the surrounding city and feature personal safes and cable news channels.
Other guest amenities include a business centre, concierge, express and personalised checkout, a shopping arcade and 24-hour room service.
The hotel's 11 function rooms can handle events of any size from a cocktail party in the grand ballroom for 1000 guests to a small meeting for 15 in the Tanjung Room.
The Regent Jakarta
Set on six acres of landscaped gardens, The Regent Jakarta offers guests an oasis of calm whilst still being in the heart of the city's business and commercial district.
The hotel has 365 rooms and 44 suites, all of which feature a private balcony, executive desk, international direct dial telephones, PC and fax connections and voice-mail.
Corporate travellers have a wealth of services on hand, including a 24-hour business centre, 24-hour concierge services, mobile phone hire, secretarial services and translation.
The Regent has one of Indonesia's largest function rooms -- as well as four smaller meeting rooms.
The Shangri-La Jakarta
Located in the centre of Sudirman's business district, the Shangri-La Jakarta is close to all of the city's main attractions.
Features included in all of the hotel's 668 rooms are international direct dial telephones, electronic safe, bedside control panel and a telephone in the bathroom. An upgrade to the Horizon Club will entitle the guest to use of a private lounge for breakfast, full concierge service and private meeting rooms. Business centre services include translation, faxes, photocopying, couriers and personal computers (on request).
The Westin Surabaya
Business travellers will appreciate the effort The Westin Surabaya has gone to make their stay comfortable and productive.
All rooms feature an in-room safe deposit box, three phones with two lines, personal voicemail, separate marble bath and shower, electronic bedside control panel and satellite television.
The hotel, which is just 30 minutes from Juanda International airport, has a health and fitness centre, art gallery, and retail shops featuring Indonesian art.
The Westin also has six meeting rooms with seating capacities from 20 to 130 people, as well as a tiered, classroom-style meeting room.

Hotel Inter-Continental Tokyo Bay
Located at the New Pier Takeshiba in Hamamatsucho, the Hotel Inter-Continental Tokyo Bay has easy access to Tokyo's business and shopping areas.
It's also close to Haneda and Narita airports.
The hotel has 331 rooms and eight suites. All of the guest rooms have three international direct dial phones, in-room safes and Internet access.
Guests upgrading to the Club Inter-Continental floors receive private check-in/checkout facilities, buffet breakfast and butler service.
For those wanting to catch up on work, the hotel has a business centre as well as five smaller business rooms equipped with data jacks for PCs, a fax machine, telephone with voice-mail and dual lines for e-mail.
Hotel Okura Tokyo
Renowned for its high-quality service and elegance, the Hotel Okura Tokyo has 857 guest rooms, 33 banquet halls and meeting rooms, and is centrally located next to the American Embassy in Toranomon.
All of the hotel's rooms have a fax machine, modem jack, local ISP and e-mail address, international direct dial phones, satellite television and safety boxes.
Guests using the business centre have access to private meeting rooms, secretarial services, personal computers and the Internet.
Staging meetings and conferences is a breeze at the Hotel Okura, which has 33 function rooms, audio/visual equipment and simultaneous interpreting for up to six languages.
Imperial Hotel, Tokyo
Founded in 1890 under the orders of the then Imperial Government, the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, has as rich and colourful a history as modern Tokyo.
For many decades the Imperial was the only European style hotel in the city. Its rooms now feature writing desks, three telephones, fax, guestroom bar and a private safe.
Corporate travellers are well catered for at the hotel, with its executive services taking up an entire floor of the main building. Services on offer include secretarial support, translations, interpreter arrangements, individual work stations, computers, bi-lingual business card printing services and a salon.
