Communications Today, August 4, 2003

Telecom operations and business support systems software developer ComArch will provide its flagship InsightNet system for European wireless operator mmO2's [Nasdaq: OOM] German network under a 2.5 million euro (US $2.8 million) contract. O2 will use three InsightNet modules-Fault, Configuration and Performance Management-to supervise network elements provided to O2 by Alcatel [NYSE: ALA], Ericsson [Nasdaq: ERICY] and Marconi [OTC: MONI]. The system will be deployed in O2's network surveillance center, and all of its regional back offices will have access to the system through graphical consoles.

ComArch has also deployed InsightNet for Terra Telecommunications in the United States, Enitel in Nicaragua and Era GSM in Poland.
