Telia To Cut Satellite-Based Services
Communications Today, Nov 7, 2001
Nordic telecom provider Telia said Tuesday that it will discontinue its satellite services division and operations in Sweden in 2002.
The company said the decision, which will affect 24 employees, is due to declining demand there for satellite-based services for international telephony.
