The Dow Jones U.S. Telecommunications Index finished down on Wednesday, closing at 163.30, a 1.55 percent decrease since Tuesday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average finished down 32.04 points, or 0.32 percent, to 9,653.39. The Nasdaq decreased 25.81 points, or 1.40 percent, to finish at 1,812.71.
