World Bank Signs 10-year contract for Intelsat VSAT services
Communications Today, Feb 12, 2002
Intelsat on Monday announced a 10-year contract to provide a global VSAT solution to connect the World Bank Organization headquarters in Washington, D.C., to its regional offices in 64 different countries.
Intelsat's global reach primarily provides videoconferencing services and allows the World Bank to host nearly 700 videoconferences per month between regional offices and their headquarters. The Intelsat network also supports voice and data applications. >TK Integral Systems [ISYS]:
