Myrient [MYNT], a provider of IT solutions, on Thursday announced a strategic partnership with American Multiplexer [AMUT], a digital service provider that delivers routable multicast content distribution for business applications.
As part of the collaboration, the companies will integrate American Multiplexer's satellite-based IP multicast network into Aliso Viejo, Calif.- based Myrient's disaster recovery suite of solutions.
"By incorporating Myrient's real-time data synchronization solutions with American Multiplexer's satellite-based broadband IP multicast network, we can offer mission-critical broadband disaster recovery solutions to small and mid- sized companies that until now, only large scale enterprises could afford," said Bryan L.
