In Search of the Administration's Technology Czar

Washington insiders and those focused on the issue will recall that President Bush had signaled early in his Administration the naming of an actual Technology Czar. Such an appointment was designed to indicate at least a familiarity with the growing significance this newfound phenomenon is having on virtually every aspect of our lives and its import to several iterations of the Administration's economic plan, at best, "a work in progress." Has anyone come forward to claim ownership of this title? Professor Sidney Morse of Pepperdine University's George L.
