New reporting and analysis system now available from Comshare

Comshare has added the Management Reporting and Analysis product to its e-business software suite for management planning and control.
Designed to provide companies with effective financial and performance reporting and analysis, the software supports IBM DB2 Universal Database, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle as foundation databases and also accesses other information sources. These include OLAP products such as Microsoft's SQL Server OLAP Services or Hyperion Essbase.
Other features include an ability to account for currency fluctuations, a topic-driven interface and exception alerting that automatically notifies users about performance exceptions based on pre-selected criteria.
Management Reporting and Analysis is available both in web-architected and client-server flavours or as a combination of the two. Pricing was not disclosed.
