Gunnebo subsidiary Fichet-Bauche forms JV with Com One

INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Fichet-Bauche, the French subsidiary of the Swedish security and safety products manufacturer Gunnebo, is to form a joint company with Com One Worldwide Communication, a France-based developer of telecommunications, transmissions, digital video and related products.
The new joint company will allow the partners to offer Internet-based digital video-security solutions and wireless technologies. Both partners are to own 50% of the new company.
