Ramp Networks and Check Point Software form product integration partnership

Ramp Networks, a provider of Internet services platforms, and Internet security company Check Point Software Technologies Ltd have teamed up to jointly develop secure broadband Internet access products.
Under the partnership the companies will integrate Check Point's VPN-1/FireWall-1 security software with Ramp's DSL Internet access systems. The combined systems are designed to deliver integrated VPN/firewall capabilities on xDSL and Ethernet platforms to enable secure business-to-business commerce for small to medium sized companies, remote offices and telecomms/service providers.
