Andersen Consulting and Vignette to offer services for building online businesses

Management and technology consulting firm Andersen Consulting and e-business applications supplier Vignette Corp have formed a long-term global strategic alliance to help clients build customer-focused Internet businesses.
Through the alliance the companies plan to develop and jointly market services and systems based on Andersen's customer relationship management consulting expertise and Vignette's software platform.
As part of the agreement Andersen will showcase the Vignette e-business platform and applications at its solution centres and over 500 of its professionals will receive training on Vignette's systems.
