ValuePay.com offers Internet users chance to win prizes and cash

ValuePay.com has launched a get-paid-to-surf programme at the Jackpot.Bar.com web site at http://www.jackpotbar.com.
The new programme rewards members with a chance to win prizes and cash while they are surfing, using e-mail, chatting or simply online, unlike other such programmes which, according to ValuePay, offer users shrinking hourly amounts due to recent plunges in online advertising rates.
To take part in the scheme, users first register at Jackpot.Bar's web site and download a small bar - JackpotBar - that automatically docks itself in their desktop when they go online.
A small ticket window in the JackpotBar allots 'draw tickets' at random intervals to online users. Each of the tickets has a unique number and winning tickets are picked at the end of each day, week, month and year.
