Yahoo! Europe and Siemens in WAP agreement

Yahoo! Europe is to provide WAP content for Siemens Communication Devices under a new agreement between the two companies.
Siemens will offer direct access to Yahoo! WAP content -- including Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Finance, Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Sports and Yahoo! Weather -- on all its new products. The content offers optimum readability on Siemens devices and provides users with the ability to send and receive e-mails and obtain news and information via their mobile phones.
Yahoo! services will be provided free of charge, with the user paying only for the call. Siemens will also be teaming up with Yahoo! Asia to develop equivalent services for the Asian market.
