PayOffshore.com, Jersey Telecom's new offshore Internet payment service provider, has begun offering secure online credit card authorisation and settlement services as part of its fully-hosted tax-exempt web sites.
In addition, PayOffshore.com authorises credit and debit card payments for Jersey Telecom's standard Internet service provider, Cinergy Communications.
For the services, PayOffshore.com uses Retail Logic's Solve/SE payment card authorisation software and Site Server Payment Component package.
