eCommerce.com and Extant-Asia partner for e-commerce portal in China

eCommerce.com Inc and Extant-Asia Ltd are planning to launch an e-commerce web portal in China by 2Q'2000.
The multi-lingual portal, called China eCommerce.com, will be powered by Extant-Asia while eCommerce.com will contribute content, news, e-commerce and technical expertise.
eCommerce.com sees the portal, which will focus on business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions into and out of the greater China market, as an extension of its recently launched e-commerce portal in the US.
