deo.com launches international music web site

INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
deo.com, a Swedish company selling and distributing music over the Internet, is to launch an international English-language music web site.
The launch of the international site is to be followed by localised sites throughout Europe, the company said in a presentation.
deo.com distributes both free music titles in mp3 format and commercial, copy-protected music titles from known artists. The company's music rights portfolio comprises approximately 180,000 titles.
