hpshopping.com partners with Convergys

Convergys Corp has signed a sales and service contract with hpshopping.com, Hewlett-Packard Co's direct-to-consumer e-commerce store.
As part of the agreement, Convergys will supply hpshopping.com with its CybeResponse Internet-based customer care suite, which includes collaborative Internet browsing, Internet text chat and web-callback capabilities.
Convergys will also use part of its 20,000 web-enabled workstations and more than 40,000 toll-free telephone lines to sell the HP products hpshopping.com offers.
