New online recruitment service for IT contractors

A new online recruitment service for IT contractors has been launched by Oracon GmbH, a Swiss-based European contracting company.
The topcontracts.com site enables firms to search for IT contractors without having to pay often high agency commissions, and instead charges a competitive flat-rate fee. The new service, which includes free checks on contractor references, means that companies and contractors from all over Europe will be able to deal directly with each other.
