Majority of students to buy back-to-school items online claims BizRate survey

A new survey from online shopping information company BizRate has been completed looking at US back-to-school online shopping.
The company reports that 78% of students in the US and 59% of students' parents plan to do some of their back-to-school shopping online. When questioned, 74% of all those students that claimed they would be buying online said that they would purchase textbooks while 32% would opt for general school supplies. Parents said that they would buy either clothing (65%) or general school supplies (43%) online.
