Keynote charts the availability of Tour de France web sites

Internet performance monitoring company Keynote Systems has been monitoring the performance of a number of Tour de France web sites throughout the duration of the event.
The company has found a pattern of dips in site performance which is reportedly due to people logging on to the Internet for live updates of the Tour de France. Keynote also states that as the competition occurs in the afternoon it is likely that people are using the Internet in work hours.
