Consumer.es investigates Spanish music sites

A new report has been completed by Spanish consumer web site Consumer.es that looks at the performance of online music sites in Spain.
The company has found that over half of Spanish online music sites fail customer service and legislative standards with only 35% processing and delivering orders on time. Furthermore, 45% of the sites surveyed delivered the merchandise after a delay with 15% of them only delivering the products after one month had passed.
Other results showed that 13% of all the sites that had an online payment option did not have any kind of security protocol in place and 55% did not have information on privacy policies or terms and conditions. A further 35% did not provide an address for the company while 40% did not have a contact e-mail address and 30% did not reveal the telephone number for the company.
