DoubleClick survey shows US e-mail marketing budgets set to rise

Online marketing company DoubleClick has compiled a new survey looking at e-mail marketing budgets in the US.
The company found that approximately 61% of all the marketers questioned were expecting their e-mail marketing budget to increase over the next year. When it comes to overall marketing budget, 50% expect their total to rise while 23% are predicting a decline for their company.
Online advertising was considered to be the third most commonly used form of advertising behind print and direct mail.
