BT satellite broadband service now available

British telecomms operator BT has launched a high-speed satellite Internet connection package.
The service is aimed primarily at small businesses that require a broadband Internet connection for an always-on connection and fast download speeds.
BT has reportedly launched the package after trials in remote areas of Scotland and Ireland.
The package costs GBP109.99 per month for a multi-user version and GBP59.99 for a single-user version. Connection charges have been set at GBP1,299 and GBP899 for the multi-user and single user version respectively.
