ClearCommerce finds British shoppers are willing to wait longer on the Internet

A recently completed survey from transaction technology company ClearCommerce has been looking at the British attitude to waiting for transactions to be processed - online and offline.

In traditional retail stores, 70% of women are willing to wait up to 15 minutes for their transaction to be processed. Similarly, 60% of men will wait up to ten minutes before leaving the shop.

Online, the amount of time increases with 73% of all Internet shoppers willing to wait up to 15 minutes to complete their transaction.
