Alliance & Leicester selects Ridgian for web site upgrade

Financial institution Alliance & Leicester has had its web site enhanced through an agreement with software company Ridgian.
Upgrades to the web site that have been introduced by Ridgian include an online mortgage quotation and application process and a repayment calculator.
A spokesperson for Alliance & Leicester has stated that the move was carried out to make it easier for mortgage customers while also providing tracking, management and fulfilment of their customer's needs.
The Alliance & Leicester web site can be found at http://www.alliance-leicester.co.uk.
The financial terms of the agreement were not announced.
