Google seeks to get ban lifted in China

Online search engine Google has issued a statement saying that it is trying to get the ban on its site in China lifted.
A spokesperson for the company has stated that Google is working with Chinese officials to get a full service restored to all Chinese Internet users.
Chinese authorities have made no statement on the ban that has been placed on Google.
