Telecom One and supanet to offer mobile phone downloads over the Internet

Mobile services supplier Telecom One has teamed with ISP supanet to offer mobile content downloads over the Internet to UK mobile users.
Visitors to the http://www.supanet.tx1.com web site can download Java mobile games, logos, animated screensavers, ringtones and polyphonic tunes. Paying for the downloads can be carried out through premium SMS or Interactive Voice Recognition and charged to the user's phone bill.
A spokesperson for the company said that the downloads have been made available due to the increasing popularity of Java games and other mobile content.
No pricing information was revealed.
