The British Plastics Federation has chosen UK-based web solutions company e-mango.com to develop an extranet that will help its members initiate and support industry action and resolve shared problems.
The federation also expects the site to encourage more communication and knowledge sharing between its members.
Once the web site is launched - expected to be by the end of summer 2003 - members can log on through a standard Internet browser and access industry news, documents and participate in online forums.
The cost of the agreement was not revealed.
