Haygarth to provide eCRM and Internet strategy consulting for BBC events

The 2003 BBC Good Homes Show and BBC Gardeners' World Live have selected communications company Haygarth Group to provide consulting services for its Internet strategy and eCRM operations.
Haygarth will now conduct an online programme with the aim of building a database of potential visitors that could be used to improve advance ticket sales. To achieve this Haygarth will carry out an e-mail campaign that is expected to reach a wider audience and encourage more people to view information about the event, according to the company.
The financial terms of the agreement were not announced.
