UK company brings broadband to two rural villages

A new company has been set up in the UK called West Haddon and Winwick Community Broadband Ltd that has brought a broadband service to two rural communities.
A spokesperson for the company said that a group of local residents got together to form the company with the sole aim of bringing a broadband service to the villages of West Haddon and Winwick. The company is a not-for-profit organisation and is now operating a broadband service for the villages.
A spokesperson for broadband campaign group Broadband4Britain said that the company has made broadband accessible to home users and businesses as well as reducing the costs associated with broadband connections in the area.
