IT security solutions provider SBL has developed its NIMBUS (Non Internet Managed Business Update Service) system for protecting against malicious software and attacks.
The new offering is a secure software download system which enables organisations to deliver software updates, service packs, patches and fixes for software using a secure line instead of the Internet. This reportedly increases the security of the process and reduces the chance that the company could be the target of an online malicious attack.
No pricing details were revealed.
