Warning issued for new MSN Messenger worm

A new worm has been spotted replicating in the wild called Jitux.A that spreads via MSN Messenger.

The virus infects a user's PC and causes a message to be sent to other MSN Messenger users every five minutes. The message attempts to make the recipient download the worm's code which is contained in a file called jituxramon.exe.

Jitux.A has mainly spread in Portugal, Spain and Mexico and affects users of Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, NT, Windows Server 2003 and XP.
