Yahoo launches new Chinese search engine

Internet search provider Yahoo Inc has announced the launch of its new web site dedicated to Internet searches in China.
A spokesperson for the company said that 'Yisou' ('No. 1 Search') is different from Yahoo's current Chinese portal as it focuses solely on web searches.
Yahoo said it was hopeful that 'Yisou' would help it expand in the rapidly growing Chinese market, reports Reuters.
