Coca-Cola music download site has 700,000 visitors in the past two months

Drinks manufacturer Coca-Cola has announced that it has had a total of 700,000 visitors to its music download web site since it opened in January 2004.
The company goes on to state that 10,000 songs are sold each week from the site - located at http://www.mycokemusic.com. The site has offered its visitors pre-release access to songs by artists such as Janet Jackson, Aqualung and Placebo.
Coca-Cola's drinks products have been promoting the site on their packaging which, according to the company, has helped to increase consumer awareness of the site.
