Yahoo! unveils Yahoo! 360o service

Internet company Yahoo! has announced the release of its latest online service, Yahoo! 360o, which it claims will allow users to easily share photos, blogs and messages.
The company said that the service seamlessly brings together its Yahoo! Messenger, Photo, Local, LAUNCHCast Music and Groups services, with new offerings such as web and mobile blogging, and other sharing tools. The service is now available in beta format, and Yahoo! said that it will be adding new features and functionality throughout the test period.
A spokesperson for Yahoo! said that consumers are looking for a service that will take the best of first generation social networking services, and integrate them with new communications, self-publishing and community tools - something that Yahoo! 360o is aiming to achieve.
