A man is to be prosecuted in Sweden for making a copyrighted movie available for download from his computer.
The man had allegedly made a Swedish youth movie, 'Hipp Hipp Hora', accessible to the public, and it had been downloaded once.
In Sweden it is legal to download copyrighted film and music files, but making them available for sharing is illegal. The Swedish justice ministry has recently proposed a law to close this loophole and make both illegal, reports Reuters.
