NetBenefit unveils upgrade to managed hosting services

An upgrade to the managed hosting services and infrastructure of NetBenefit, a web hosting company in the UK, has been completed, with the company guaranteeing 100% network availability with more than 3Gb/s bandwidth.

NetBenefit said that its new managed hosting solution is scalable and secure and offers guaranteed availability and 24/7 support. It has introduced a new server range based on new Dell hardware, which starts from GBP79 per month and can be hosted behind local balancers and firewalls in one or two data centres. This enables customers to host on servers and infrastructures within secure hosting facilities and without a single point of failure, ensuring that full duplication is available between sites.

In addition, gateway routers are configured for automated fail-over, ensuring that one gateway will take over and continue service if the Internet access via the other gateway becomes unavailable. NetBenefit's hosting is available on Windows and Linux platforms and the solutions can be implemented to suit an organisation's requirements.
