Teen social networking site Kiwibox, a business unit of Magnitude Information Systems Inc (OTCBB:MAGY.OB), announced on Thursday (2 April) the launch of 4KIWI, a custom mobile platform for delivery of Kiwibox's content to its 2.4m registered members.
The company said that Kiwibox members and their friends will be able to receive the latest updates from Kiwibox.com on their mobiles. These SMS services will work on any mobile phone with text-messaging capabilities and are free of charge to members (regular text messaging rates may apply).
To receive the alerts, users need to opt into the service through their profile on Kiwibox.com. The service provides granular control, allowing users to manage the content they receive based on personal preference, including type of content, quantity per day or time of delivery.
